At Morocco Friendly Tours, we understand that travel plans can change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how we handle booking changes, cancellations, and refunds. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the terms below.

  1. Cancellation by the Customer

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible in writing via email at moroccofriendlytours@gmail.com

Refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:

Time Before Tour Date Refund Eligibility
More than 7 days 100% refund (minus payment processing fees)
3 to 6 days 50% refund
Less than 72 hours No refund

Important: Some tours involving third-party bookings (e.g., accommodations, flights, or special events) may have different cancellation terms. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

  1. Cancellation by Morocco Friendly Tours

We reserve the right to cancel a tour under the following circumstances:
• Unforeseen weather or natural events
• Safety concerns or political unrest
• Minimum group size not met
• Illness or emergency involving our guides

If we cancel a tour:
• You will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
• We are not responsible for costs not booked directly with us (e.g., flight tickets, hotels).

  1. No-Shows and Late Arrivals

If you fail to show up for a scheduled tour without prior notice, or arrive too late to participate, no refund will be issued.

  1. Changes to Bookings
    • Date Changes are allowed up to 72 hours before the tour, subject to availability.
    • Name Changes or guest substitutions are allowed with written notice.
    • Tour modifications may incur a small administrative fee.

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank or credit card processing times may vary depending on your provider.

    • Gift cards, vouchers, and promotional bookings are non-refundable.
    • Custom or private tour deposits may be partially or fully non-refundable (details provided at time of quote).
    • Third-party bookings made on your behalf (e.g., hotel reservations) may follow their own refund policies.
