Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed when we have sent a written confirmation and received the deposit indicated in the quote. The balance is paid at the start of the tour unless agreed otherwise.
Cancellation by you
Day trips and experiences: free cancellation up to 7 days before departure. Multi-day tours: free cancellation up to 14 days before departure. Later cancellations may forfeit the deposit (PLACEHOLDER: confirm policy).
Cancellation by us
If an activity cannot run for safety reasons (weather, road closures) we offer an alternative date or a full refund of that activity.
Insurance
Travel insurance is not included. We recommend a policy covering medical expenses, cancellation and personal belongings.
