3-Day Sahara Desert Tour from Marrakech to Merzouga
Cross the High Atlas, sleep under the stars in Erg Chebbi and return to Marrakech by the Draa Valley.
The village at the foot of Erg Chebbi, the great dunes of the Moroccan Sahara, and the goal of every desert tour.
Erg Chebbi is a sea of sand 28 kilometres long with dunes up to 150 metres high, and Merzouga is the village where the camels wait. The ritual is always the same and never gets old: ride into the dunes at the end of the afternoon, climb one for the sunset, eat and sleep at a camp under more stars than you have ever seen, and wake up for the sunrise.
Our camps have private tents with real beds and bathrooms. A 4x4 day around the erg adds the Gnawa village of Khamlia, nomad families and the fossil beds.
