The Ourika river comes straight off the Atlas snows and the valley around it is terraced, planted with walnuts and dotted with villages. Setti Fatma at the top is the start of the walk to seven waterfalls; the first is easy, the rest need good shoes. On Mondays the souk at Tnine Ourika is one of the most authentic in the region.
