Moroccan Cooking Class in Marrakech

Shop the souk with a chef, cook a tagine from scratch and eat it on the terrace.

Moroccan vegetable tagine served on a plate in Marrakech

Overview

Four hours in a riad kitchen with a Marrakchi cook who learned from her mother. You start in the local market choosing vegetables, spices and meat, then move to the kitchen to make the classics: a selection of cooked salads, a tagine (chicken with preserved lemon, lamb with prunes, or a vegetarian version), fresh bread and a Moroccan pastry. Then you eat it all together on the roof terrace, with recipes to take home.
